The product is made of interactive devices, created to meet the need of mothers to locate their children while they are swimming in the sea and to make sure they are safe. The first item is located inside the baby’s swimsuit and it consists of two piezoelectric sensors placed in a specific band at the base of the breastbone, monitoring heart rate and respiratory frequency. The values are transmitted through Bluetooth technology to a waterproof solar bracelet and to a smart device with a specific application. The bracelet emits sounds and vibrates in case of emergency (not normal values), while a buzzer, integrated in the swimsuit, emits an acoustic signal as an alarm. Another inserted device is a GPS receiver, placed in the same band of other sensors, that recognize the baby’s location when activated using the specific application.
